  2. Locate the following sets:
    • Salesbolt User — standard access
    • Salesbolt Admin — admin-level access

  3. In the left Components panel, find Custom – Managed → Recruiterbolt Prospector.

  5. SaveActivate (select the appropriate app/profile/record type if prompted).
Step 4

Verify Installation

Open any Account record and confirm:

  • Recruiterbolt Prospector component is visible
  • Company enrichment (industry, size, revenue, tech stack) loads
  • Contact sourcing options are present
  • Hiring signals (job posts, role changes, news) display
Step 5

Configure Objects & Field Mapping

Map Recruiterbolt entities (e.g., Company, Jobs, News) to Salesforce objects and choose how fields are created/updated.

5.1 Open the Salesbolt Setup App

  1. Click the App Launcher (grid icon) and search for Salesbolt Setup.
  2. Open Salesbolt Setup.

5.2 Open Field Configuration

  1. In the left navigation, under Settings, click Recruiterbolt Field Configuration.

5.3 Add a Target Object

  1. Choose an Entity Type to map (e.g., Company, Jobs, News).
  2. Enter the Salesforce Object API Name you want to map to (e.g., Account, Job__c, News__c).
  3. Click Add Object.

5.4 Map Fields & Set Behavior

  1. For each Recruiterbolt Field, choose the corresponding Salesforce Field on your target object.
  2. Choose operations:
    • Create — populate the field when a new record is created.
    • Update — allow the field to be updated on existing records.
  3. Click Update to save your mappings (use Delete to remove an object mapping).
Best practices
• Start with Company → Account mapping (e.g., Company Name → Account Name, Description → Account Description).
• Use Create for fields you only want set on insert; enable Update for fields safe to overwrite (e.g., enrichment fields).
• Ensure Field-Level Security and page layouts allow users to see the mapped fields.
• Test mappings in Sandbox first, especially for Jobs or News mapped to custom objects.
